Vios

Vios is a family-run café in Brighton from brothers Philippos and Constantine, inspired by their Greek heritage. Open daily, the menu shifts from brunch favourites like smashed avocado toast, pancakes, and yoghurt bowls to Mediterranean meze and sharing plates later in the day.

Drinks include ouzo, masticha, and a Mediterranean wine list, alongside coffee from Athens roaster Area 51 and baked goods from Brighton’s Real Patisserie.
