Trenchmore Farm
Trenchmore Farm in Cowfold is a family-run farm known for its Saturday cider taproom, Silly Moo Cider, and Sussex Wagyu beef. Run by Rachel and her dad Andrew, the farm crafts juicy, hazy farmhouse cider using apples from their own orchard, blended with fruit from local farms and an annual apple swap. Pressed on a traditional rack and cloth press and fermented with wild yeasts, it’s crisp, refreshing, and full of character.
The taproom also hosts seasonal markets, while Trenchmore’s Sussex Wagyu beef features on menus across the county, making the farm a true Sussex food destination.
