Using locally sourced ingredients, including WildFarmed flour, the menu features both classics and inventive fillings - from salt beef with pickles to smoked salmon with cream cheese.
Beyond bagels, The Sleeper Store hosts Sunday pop-up food and drink events and transforms into Wermut Bar on Thursday to Saturday evenings, serving cocktails, wine and beer.
