Housed in the bustling Source Park, Albo brings a fresh take on modern European dining to Hastings. Run by Polish duo Misha and Kacper, who share over a decade of London hospitality experience, this intimate spot showcases local produce with inventive flair.

Kacper, a chef with nearly 20 years in kitchens such as Llewelyn’s, Forza Wine, and Roka, creates a weekly-changing menu that blends European flavours with contemporary twists. Misha manages service, wine, baking, and marketing with her creative touch, ensuring every detail feels considered.

Albo champions thoughtful sourcing — fish straight from local fishermen, vegetables from Stonelynk Organics, and mushrooms from Basil Fungi Farm. Alongside European influences and occasional Polish favourites, dishes are often inspired by foraged finds or ingredients shared by friends, making the chalkboard menu a constant surprise.

Since opening in May 2023, Albo has built a loyal following, praised as some of the best food in Hastings. Though set to move from Source Park next year, it continues to captivate with its imaginative cooking and welcoming atmosphere.
