Bignose and Beardy
Bignose & Beardy make cider the old way, using locally gathered apples and wild fermentation to create small-batch, unfiltered, unpasteurised, and uncarbonated ciders full of character. Each batch matures slowly, developing crisp, complex flavours that reflect the season. Rooted in community, they welcome apple swappers, run tap nights, tours, and wassails, and even produce apple cider vinegar and their own Spirit of Cider, a Sussex take on calvados.
