Embers

Embers is run by Dave and Isaac, friends of 15 years. Everything's cooked over wood - Dave's the BBQ king, so cooking exclusively over fire made sense from the start. Both have fine dining backgrounds, but they've built somewhere more accessible - the kind of place they'd go to on a day off. The menu leans into simple, seasonal ingredients with punchy, contrasting flavours, alongside expertly made cocktails.
