Beak Brewery

Beak began as a nomadic project by food and drink writer Daniel Tapper, brewing with some of the UK’s leading breweries. Now settled in Lewes, it’s a cornerstone of the Sussex beer scene, with an award-winning taproom and street-food canteen.

Best known for hop-forward IPAs but brewing everything from pilsners to imperial stouts, Beak welcomes visitors for cans during the week and lively taproom sessions on weekends.
